Hello. I m looking for the title of a couple of stories i read a couple of years back. One was about a man who wanted to leave his current position in life to learn ways of wisdom from a secluded monk ion amountain side. He begins to meditate and a story begins as if a lifetime had passed, but awakens to find he had lived the entire lifetime in a state of meditation, and has awakened to find not a day has passed.

The next is about a quiet monk who becomes diillusioned about his life and seeks the advice of another monk with the nickname the boxer. They meet along the path, but the seeking monk does not recognize the boxing monk. The seeking monk becomes his desciple, and eventually discovers the truth. I have been searching the libraries like mad, but have been unable to find them again.

If someone could help, it would be much appreciated.
