Does Demian has anything to do with Vampires

Hello everyone! This idea srossed my mind because Demian defended Kain. In fact he is one of Kain's children. But Kain is also known as vampire. vampires are higher race than human.
my question should be "does Nietsche's philosophy has to do anything with vampires"?
